Julie Fuchs

Julie Fuchs is Counsel to the firm. She has practiced complex commercial litigation for almost 25 years. Ms. Fuchs has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including cases involving the antitrust laws, breach of contract, and consumer class actions. Ms. Fuchs has assisted the Firm in obtaining meaningful recoveries on behalf of clients in antitrust litigation. Ms. Fuchs has worked extensively on nationwide class actions representing consumers against the three major credit bureaus.  Her work has helped class members recover damages and correct unlawful practices in the credit reporting industry.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fuchs worked independently on antitrust and consumer class actions. She was also an associate at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP, where her practice focused on commercial litigation.
