About The Firm

Boni, Zack & Snyder LLC is a law firm in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. It was formed in March 2007 under the name Boni & Zack. Prior to founding the firm, Michael J. Boni and Joanne E. Zack worked for many years together at a leading national class action firm. Their objective was to create a boutique practice focusing on class action and complex litigation under the antitrust, consumer protection, intellectual property, ERISA, breach of contract, and securities laws. Over time, the firm has expanded its practice areas to include public sector litigation and the representation of victims of child sexual abuse.

In 2018, the firm announced that Joshua D. Snyder has become a name partner, changing the name to Boni, Zack & Snyder LLC. Under our new masthead, we will continue to represent our clients zealously and effectively, and we look forward to continue working closely with our colleagues in the class action bar.
